Fabrication Shop

Kopetz has 22,000 square feet of fabrication shop space, with a lift capacity of 100 tons and an underhook height of 49 feet. These allow Kopetz to have fabrication flexibility to accommodate large assemblies.

Welding of custom fabrications, up to 8” thick, is performed using conventional processes: GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, and FCAW.

Kopetz has the ability to perform bore welding, metalized spraying and vast weld procedure qualifications to ASME Section VIII.

Kopetz is capable of fabricating vessels up to 162” OD and 150' in length.
